Leede Jones Gable has developed a Business Continuity Plan (‘BCP’ or ‘Plan’) which prepares it and its employees for an event which interrupts normal operations. The BCP is designed to ensure that Leede’s business will continue to function with little or no disruption, that clients’ assets will be secure and accessible, and that clients will be able to reach us. Since the timing and impact of disruptions are unpredictable, we will have to be flexible in responding to the events as they occur. With that in mind, we are providing you with this information on the Plan.
If your advisor’s primary office is affected, we will move the business to an alternate location where we are able to serve you as effectively as we do at the primary site. Calls to the primary office will be re-routed to the alternate site where we have access to critical systems and where we will continue to provide the best service possible. If you cannot access us via the telephone, watch our website (leedejonesgable.com) for updates and further information.

Our Business Continuity Plan
Leede plans to quickly recover and resume business operations after a business interruption. We will respond by safeguarding employees and property, making a financial and operational assessment, protecting the Firm’s books and records and by allowing our clients to transact business. The business continuity plan is designed to permit Leede to resume operations as quickly as possible, given the scope and severity of the business interruption.
Leede’s BCP addresses data backup and recovery, mission critical systems, financial and operational assessments, alternative communications with clients, employees and regulators, relocation of employees, critical suppliers, contractors, bank and counter-party impact, regulatory reporting, and assuring our clients prompt access to their funds and securities if we are unable to continue our business.
