Paul Bernard has been Vice President, Investment Banking at Leede Jones Gable since December 2014 and has more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of capital markets.
Mr. Bernard started his career as a Research Analyst. He founded the Institutional Department of Canaccord Corporation in Quebec, and was later executive Vice-President, Board member, and founder of Capital Markets at Industrial Alliance Securities. He currently is a board member of numerous charitable organizations.

Growing up on the small gulf island of Hornby, I learned the value of trust, community, and impact from a very young age. Moving to the city from a small town to pursue school and athletics as a teenager required me to take on a great deal of independence at a young age. After attending the University of Victoria, and starting my career in the financial industry in 2016, I have found it incredibly rewarding to build a life of meaningful work and meaningful relationships around Socially Responsible Investing (SRI).
My goal as an Investment Advisor is to work closely with clients to understand their personal objectives and circumstances, and to build financial strategies that both meet their unique needs and align with their moral compass.
